EBRD lends €5mn to Sparkasse Bank Makedonija for investments in green technologies in residential buildings and lending toward technologies, materials and solutions to improve energy efficiency. The Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF) funds the lending for housing and investments in technology to boost energy efficiency. GEFF is supported by EU, Austria and Western Balkan Investment Framework.
