This interactive training workshop is designed to help energy auditors, building professionals, facility managers, ESCOs, and students translate energy audit findings into real energy efficiency improvements in buildings. Participants will gain practical insights into energy audit methodologies, best practices for identifying and prioritizing energy conservation measures, and approaches for turning audit recommendations into implementable projects.
The training will also explore key financing mechanisms, including ESCO models and energy performance contracting, as well as practical tools to support energy performance analysis and decision-making. Drawing on international experiences and lessons learned from Mauritius, the workshop aims to strengthen local capacity to accelerate the implementation of energy efficiency measures, reduce energy costs, and contribute to national climate and sustainable development goals.
