Mr. Yuxiang Zhang is a leading operation manager in buildings at Yuexiu Commercial Real Estate Investment Management Co., Ltd. under Yuexiu Group as one of the biggest Real Estate Developer in South China, specializing in energy-efficient building systems, sustainable building operations, and low-carbon real estate development.
He has led a number of initiatives on energy efficiency and carbon reduction across Yuexiu Property’s commercial real estate portfolio, including the development of technical frameworks for building decarbonization and operational energy management. He also spearheaded the implementation of a high-efficiency cooling plant at Guangzhou International Commerce Center (ICC), achieving operational performance significantly above typical industry levels.
