As impact investing continues to draw strong investor interest, Natural Assets and Real Estate represented 26% of Emerging Markets Impact Investing in 2020. Approximately €36.55bn of capital from measured impact funds was committed to real estate at YE 2020, down from €87.92bn at the same time in 2019,, attributable to travel restrictions and lockdowns.
