Joan Kelsch is the Green Building Manager for Arlington County, Virginia. She co-manages the county’s climate action program – Arlington Imitative to rethink Energy (AIRE) and manages the county’s green building programs including site plan review for LEED compliance and the green building density incentive program. Joan received a Masters of Environmental Studies from Yale University’s School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Williams College.
