Cesar Ulises Treviño is the CEO of Bioconstruccion y Energia Alternativa SA, a Mexican green building consulting firm. First LEED Accredited Professional and LEED Fellow in Mexico, acted as the head consultant at the foremost LEED-NC Gold & Platinum buildings in Latin America. Cesar Ulises also served as Secretary General and Treasurer to the World Green Building Council. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Monterrey Tech and an MSc in Construction Management from Newcastle University.
