PRIMES – Green Public Procurement

The purpose of PRIMES is to develop basic skills and provide hands-on support for public purchasing organisations to overcome barriers and implement Green Public Purchasing (GPP) contributing towards more sustainable use of energy and towards the development of more energy efficient products. The project aims at building capacity for GPP within small and medium sized public sector organizations and being an agent of change for GPP at the regional and local level in all EU Member States.
