KfW IPEX-Bank is providing a total of €7.56mn for the construction of Sana Kliniken’s residential building. The building is for staff at its Biberach/Baden-Württemberg site and the project meets the KfW Efficiency House 40 standard.
With the construction of the 63-unit staff residence, Sana Kliniken provides essential infrastructure which contributes to environmental and climate protection. Compliance with the KfW40 standard means that the employees have high-quality, affordable and sustainable housing in close proximity to their workplace. Construction is scheduled to finish in September 2022 with the new hospital scheduled to begin operations in September 2021.Link to resource
