KfW IPEX-Bank is providing a total of €7.56mn for the construction of Sana Kliniken’s residential building. The building is for staff at its Biberach/Baden-Württemberg site and the project meets the KfW Efficiency House 40 standard.
With the construction of the 63-unit staff residence, Sana Kliniken provides essential infrastructure which contributes to environmental and climate protection. Compliance with the KfW40 standard means that the employees have high-quality, affordable and sustainable housing in close proximity to their workplace. Construction is scheduled to finish in September 2022 with the new hospital scheduled to begin operations in September 2021.
