Best Policy Practices for Promoting Energy Efficiency (Webinar) – 16.03.2016

The Copenhagen Centre on Energy Efficiency (C2E2) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) are together hosting a free webinar on its joint publication: Best Policy Practices for Promoting Energy Efficiency.

The policies identified in this publication include exemplars of best practices in energy efficiency from around the globe, drawn from respected and objective policy evaluations and databases. For countries starting to develop energy efficiency programs, the outlined policies offer guidance on what works, increasing the reader’s confidence when exploring and selecting options. For countries with established and proficient energy efficiency programs, this report is useful for validating policies and offers a set of policy benchmarks. This publication is one of the key outputs of UNECE’s Group of Experts on Energy Efficiency, which the Copenhagen Centre currently chairs. Go to the C2E2 website www.energyefficiencycentre.org for the publication.

During the webinar, the three presenters will present the main contents of the publication and answer questions and comments from the participants. The one-hour webinar will include around 40 minutes of presentations, followed by an interactive question and answer session with the audience. Recorded presentations of the webinar will be available on the Copenhagen Centre’s website for free downloading after the webinar.
