A best-in-class residential green finance program: SMARTER Finance for Families

A synopsis of how the SMARTER Finance for Families Green Homes & Green Mortgage is helping our planet while improving citizens’ health, comfort and financial well-being. This document includes the objectives, rationale and methodology of the SMARTER initiative active in 17 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.
