A wide array of high-profile leaders from government, business, civil society and international organisations will be on hand at this year’s Sustainable Energy For All (SEforALL) Forum. Held in New York from 3-5 April 2017, the forum brings stakeholders together to accelerate progress on Sustainable Development Goal 7: ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. This year’s theme: “Going Further, Faster – Together.”
Some 1,000 participants are expected at this year’s forum, which is designed to be a marketplace that brokers new partnerships and ideas, spurs investment, and drives action towards securing clean, affordable energy for all. During the event, three important SEforALL Publications will be released: the 3rd edition of the Global Tracking Framework, the Multi-Tier Framework Survey in Select High-Impact Countries: Country-level Deep Dives on the Regulatory Indicators for Sustainable Energy, and the State of Energy Access report. The forum will also showcase results from pilot approaches to tracking finance flows for energy access. For more details, visit the forum’s website.
