Rose Buss

Energy Efficiency Program Manager

Rose manages the City of Milwaukee’s energy efficiency programs, including the Milwaukee Energy Efficiency (Me2) program for homeowners, the PACE financing program for businesses, and the Better Buildings Challenge. Rose received her undergraduate degree in International Relations with a concentration in Environment and Development from Boston University and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Planning from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining ECO, Rose worked for the City of Ann Arbor on improving energy efficiency in rental housing and on connecting communities working on sustainability across the state of Michigan through the Michigan Green Communities program.
