Rio Jon Piter Silitonga has been working for the ASEAN’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C) programme since 2013. His work has ranged from policy strategy, promotional activity and EE&C indicator in order to support the achievement of ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC 2016-2020) on reducing energy intensity by 20% in 2020 based on 2005 level. Under the plan, he has focused on four (4) key outcome-based programme for EE&C, namely: EE S&L harmonisation, finance mechanism, green building and ESCO. He look forward to sharing and discussing some of the key insights and development that have emerged from this work.
