Rasmus Anker Pedersen is leading one of the research units in the National Center for Climate Research at the Danish Meteorological Institute (DMI) and has been leading the group for nearly 4 years. He has a background in climate research and holds a PhD in climate modelling from the University of Copenhagen and has been working with a wide range of modelling and climate change assessments both globally, in the Arctic and specifically in Denmark. At DMI he has been part of the development of the Danish Climate Atlas, which displays the expected future climate change in Denmark given different scenarios for global greenhouse gas emissions.
