Milenka Pecenica represents Czech humanitarian organization People in Need in the consortium implementing SMARTER Finance for Families. She is responsible for Energy Poverty research & advocacy activities and engagement with relevant stakeholders in Bosnia and Herzegovina such as governmental representatives, municipalities and NGOs. She is the primary contact for SMARTER Municipal Platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina and administers platform activities. She has strong abilities to make contacts, maintain and grow professional network. She holds a degree in English Language and Literature from University of East Sarajevo, Faculty of Philosophy.
