Margot Pinault is a policy officer at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy in the Energy Efficiency unit. In this role, she is responsible for planning, coordinating and developing the current and future funding schemes for energy efficiency and clean energy transition, specifically under LIFE and Horizon Europe.
She has now over 9 years of experience at the European Commission. Her previous professional experience was in the private sector in France, where she worked for 7 years in the field of smart homes, home automation and building energy management systems.
Margot has a Master in Economics and a Master in European and International Business Law.
