Louiza is an energy expert, currently serving as a Policy Officer at the Greek General Secretariat for Research and Technology. She participated in the EnR European agencies’ network for more than 15 years, as a member of the EnR Behaviour thematic Working Group (07/2005 – 10/2009) and member and then chair of the EnR Energy Efficiency Working Group (06/2010 – 07/2020). Her research interests include energy efficiency policy, energy poverty, just transition and energy communities.
