Kira Ashby. Kira is the Senior Program Manager for Behavior at the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE). For the past 10+ years she has facilitated CEE members’ work applying social science-based behavioral techniques to energy efficiency programs. Most recently, Kira has served as the National Expert for the United States on the Hard-to-Reach Annex with the UsersTCP by IEA. Kira holds a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and a Master’s degree from the Social and Behavioral Sciences department at the Harvard School of Public Health.
