Joseph works at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), in the Environment Directorate. Within the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation team (CEFIM), he supports the development of policies and instruments to help scale up a pipeline of bankable projects for the decarbonisation of the industry in emerging economies. Together with Deger Saygin, Industry Leader of CEFIM industry programme, he has co-authored a Framework for industry’s net-zero transition – Developing financing solutions in emerging and developing economies this year, which will be implemented in several partner countries of the CEFIM programme.
