Jingwen Wang, the Deputy Secretary-General of ESCO Committee of China Energy Conservation Association (EMCA). Joined EMCA in 2004, she participated and implemented the ESCO service sub-project of the World Bank/GEF China Energy Conservation Project Phase II; Participated in the China Green Lights Project; Participated in UNDP/NDRC EUEEP Capacity Building for Motor System Energy Service Companies in China. She was once one of the key designers, organisers and implementers of the Sino-European cooperation project: The SWITCH-Asia project China Motor Challenge. Later, she served as the Low Carbon Program Project Manager and the Deputy Secretary-general of the China Low Carbon Alliance at the Environmental Defence Fund Beijing Office. Since 2019, she has been the Deputy Secretary-General of EMCA.
