Flor Chavez Sandoval

Graduate in Public Administration and Public Policy and holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Mexico, with experience in formulation and evaluation of energy efficiency policies, human rights and social projects, as well as project coordination with international cooperation agencies.

Currently working at the National Commission for the Efficient Use of Energy (CONUEE), as Director of International Cooperation, where I have been coordinator of diverse projects and participatory processes with the industrial sector, academia, civil society organizations, cooperation agencies and international and multilateral organizations.
