Alina Cismaș is an expert in the field of sustainable constructions. Her experience covers green buildings, energy efficiency in buildings, n-ZEB buildings, long-term renovation strategies, the relevance of buildings in the EU’s economic recovery plans, the wave of renovation, financing instruments for energy efficiency, biodiversity, circular economy, recycling and alternative resources, renewable energy, construction waste management and “zero waste” design.
Alina is Sustainability Manager at Saint-Gobain Romania, a company active in promoting public policies that support achieving the 2050 European targets for limiting the impact of climate change on the environment.
Starting with 2020, she is the President of the ROENEF Association (Association for the Promotion of Energy Efficiency in Buildings) and since 2017 she is the Vice-President of Romania Green Building Council.
