The Multifamily Energy Savings Project

ACEEE is undertaking a multi-year project to improve and expand utility energy efficiency programs for multifamily homes. Despite the tremendous opportunity to improve the energy efficiency of multifamily buildings, very few utility programs are designed specifically to serve these buildings and their owners. The goal of the project is to expand the number of utilities offering programs for multifamily homes and increase utility spending and savings for these programs. ACEEE is partnering with CNT Energy to actively engage utilities and housing groups; facilitate peer-to-peer learning; and provide resources to utilities, regulators, and housing stakeholders.
