Tertiary Protocols for Building Retrofit Projects

Protocols to develop, document and measure energy efficiency building retrofit projects, for tertiary buildings.
These protocols reference international, European and national standards and best practices to provide all market actors across the European renovation and investment community with tools to improve the bankability of building energy renovation projects.
The protocols include three categories:
Large Tertiary: designed for large scale tertiary projects that involve whole building retrofits involving multiple measures with interactive effects.
Standard Tertiary: designed for standard tertiary projects that involve whole building retrofits involving multiple measures with interactive effects.
Targeted Tertiary: designed for targeted tertiary projects that involve building retrofits with only one or a limited set of energy conservation measures, without major interaction between them.
