- Part III. Key steps in strategy development
- Part IV. Best practices from Sweden, China and the Netherlands
- Part V. Synthesis & conclusions
After completing Module 4, participants will be able to:
- Describe, understand and discuss the role of strategy development in local energy and low-carbon DE strategies
- Recognize and apply key steps to integrate DE in local energy and low-carbon heating and cooling strategies
- Identify best case practices in incorporating district energy planning in local energy strategies
