ESCO Market in MENA

For the first time in the country, the Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC) released an online survey inviting all UAE based Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) between the 9th to the 25th of March 2019. The survey was sent to 25 comapnies and gathered 21 responses, a 84$ participation rate, highly representative of the industry. All the responses were provided by senior management of the companies. Below table provides an overview of the ESCOs who received an invitation to participate in the ESCO survey. Some of the companies have been ESCOs for many years while others were in the accreditation process.
