Bilateral consultations with sector experts – State government representatives

Over the course of 2025, bilateral consultation meetings were conducted to gather targeted feedback on the e-training modules on district cooling. These consultations with State government representatives (State Planning Commission or SPC Tamil Nadu) were aimed at ensuring that the module content is well-tailored to the Indian context.

 The representative, Sudha Ramen (SPC), provided insights into policy development and the role of state governments in supporting district cooling systems, particularly from regulatory and financing perspectives.

The feedback gathered through these consultations was used to refine the content, ensuring its technical accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with national priorities.
