Workshop on Holistic Approach to Accelerating Energy Efficiency Action (6 June 2016, Amsterdam)
This workshop aims to provide participants with practical instruments and methodologies, which can support the acceleration of energy efficiency actions. The workshop is structured around four thematic blocks: international collaborative activities, knowledge tools, best-practice policies and energy efficiency obligation schemes under Article 7 of the Energy Efficiency Directive.
During the workshop you will learn about:
- Several international collaborative activities and opportunities in energy efficiency;
- Selected information sources and analytical tools to support data collection and policy analysis to advance energy efficiency action;
- Policy best-practices across different sectors and regions and their success factors, which can be applied in future policy development; and
- Key elements of Article 7 Energy Efficiency Obligation Schemes – EU Energy Efficiency Directive
